This drawing of the sketch plan of the tomb of Ramesses the Ninth was found within the debris of that tomb.

It is a basic drawing, without any details, showing the access stairway flanking the sloping ramp that was used to drag the sarcophagus into the tomb.

Shown here also are the side niches or the annexes used to preserve the statues and the accessories, the doors and corridors, the pillars and recesses, the sloping ramps to the lower levels, and the burial chamber with the floor depression for the sarcophagus.
