The glass panel was manufactured by inserting and arranging prefabricated glass sticks with a scheme of floral designs one beside the other in a heated mass of blue opaque glass.

The floral composition shows a bouquet of red, light blue, and yellow flowers, while the boughs are depicted in green and yellow.

The other side does not have a decoration because the sticks in that section had been mingled when the glassware was heated to assemble them together.
