This plated pottery bowl is painted with blue, white, and black colors and decorated with two hexagons within each other. The inner hexagon encloses a lobed gamma containing blue dots as does the spaces between the hexagons.
The interior of the bowl is decorated from the upper edge with a border of floral branches from which emerge half palmettos and stylized foliage. This is followed by another border, part of which is undecorated, outlined with black threads, then geometric designs and black floral designs. |
