This vase of underglaze painted ceramic has blue and white decoration on a long neck and an oval body.

Two handles connect the body and neck, and the area between both of these is decorated with a zigzag design.

The lower section of the body is divided into sections by pairs of lines, between each is a circle in blue glaze.

Around the inside of the rim is the signature of the maker "Abu al-Izz" in blue, as well as zigzag designs and Chinese cloud bands.
