The pottery vessel is covered by a white layer under the transparent glass coating.
It has a bulging body decorated with a variety of geometric ornaments like the cushion-shaped voussoir, a wedge-shaped piece used to form an arch.
It is followed by another decorative line of Naskh calligraphy.
Another ornamental line has decorations resembling tufts made in a unique manner. These vessels were used in houses during the Middle Ages. |
