This block statue portrays Hor-Sa-Iset. He is shown squatting on a low base with his arms crossed on his knees. His headdress reaches his shoulders and leaves his ears and neck uncovered.

He has a small beard and around his neck there is a string holding a sign that falls on his knees. Hor-Sa-Iset holds a plant sculpted with full details. His name and titles are engraved on the sides of the statue.
