This block statue is executed with more care than usual and shows a man with his arms crossed on his knees. He wears a wig and a small beard and holds a plant in his right hand; around his waist is a long girdle.

The face is a fine portrait of a man with large eyebrows. The hieroglyphic text of an offering formula is inscribed at the front of the statue; the hieroglyphics seem to be white on a black granite base.
