This drawing consists of two registers, or sections, where cattle are driven before, or perhaps through, a field of papyrus by two boys who are nude and have side locks of hair. Each of them holds one or two sticks, perhaps to prod the cattle along.

The youth in the front is looking backward, while the other is looking to the right. The artist deliberately drew the cattle small in proportion to the boys to show the large number of them.
