A bronze statuette of the goddess Aphrodite; completely naked, as were all the statues of her that were carved by Greek sculptors.

The goddess stands on a round base, supporting herself on the whole of her right foot and on the toes of her left foot; the heel of her left foot is raised. Her left hand rests on a tree trunk and her right hand is raised, with the latter she had apparently been carrying some object, most likely a lantern. The statuette and the tree trunk had been separated from the base, but have recently been put together.
